RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL ROOFING
SHINGLE ROOF
New/Replacement sloped shingle construction. Asphalt shingles are the most common system and offer multiple options on warranty, from 20 to 50 years. We install all brands of asphalt shingles: Malarkey, GAF, Timberline, CertainTeed, Tamko, etc.
TILE ROOF
New/Replacement sloped tile system construction. Roof tiles are made of different types of material, each unique in it's design. We'll install most types of tile roofing: clay, metal, slate, concrete, etc. Tile roofing is generally a more expensive option, but you get great quality!
TPO/PVC FLAT
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) & Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) are flat roof systems with different membrane structures and mil thicknesses. They're installed in different applications, some with multiple layers, atop commercial and industrial buildings of all sorts.
ROOF COATINGS
Sprayed or rolled coating systems applied over existing roof material. We can coat materials from rusted steel to mod-bit asphalt & others. Inspection and testing of the existing roof layer for moisture prior to application is the key to the project.
TAPERED/FLAT ISO - DRAINAGE
Tapered or Flat Polyiso insulation installed over a complete or partial roof to create the proper drainage that's installed under the roof membrane. It can be fully or partially adhered, and mechanically attached. Region and specs required are what alters the options for engineering. Drainage is the standard reasoning for ISO, but but it can can be specifically designed for R-Value as well.
